Refunds are available for items returned within 14 business days of receipt. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and accessories. Some items, such as items on sale and billboards, may be ineligible for returns or refunds. 

Domestic Shipping:

• Standard (5-10 Business Days): Free
• Express (3-5 Business Days): $25.00

Processing Time: 

• Orders are processed within 7 business day(s) excluding holidays and weekends.  Once the item has been handed to the delivery carrier, a tracking number will be sent to the customer.

Damaged Orders:

• Enlightening Hope Project is not liable for lost or damaged products after the order has been placed in the hands of the shipping carrier.  However, we do insure our packages and will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Restrictions:

• Orders cannot be shipped to a PO Box

Delayed Orders:

• In the case of delayed processing, customers can cancel their order for a full refund.  Shipping provider delays do not fall under the seller's liability.
